Frequently asked
questions.
Is Gerri just another recruiter?
Gerri is your AI career agent. She gets to know your experience, ambitions, and what would make a move worthwhile—then monitors opportunities for you. No cold calls, mass submissions, or pressure to leave.
Where do the opportunities come from?
Gerri monitors publicly advertised openings and roles shared directly by hiring firms. If an opportunity looks right, she checks your interest. A warm introduction happens when both you and the firm want to talk.
What if I’m not actively looking?
You don’t need to be. Tell Gerri what you’d consider, then carry on with your work. She keeps an eye out so you can stay informed without starting a job search.
Will I get spammed with irrelevant roles?
Gerri filters opportunities around what matters to you. When she brings you one, she explains why it could fit. Tell her what she got right or wrong, and she adjusts.
Can my current firm see that I’m using Gerri?
Your profile isn’t available for firms to browse. Your name and CV are shared only with the specific firms you approve. You can also tell Gerri which firms she should never approach.
What happens when I’m interested?
You review the opportunity and approve what Gerri can share. If the firm wants to meet you too, she makes a direct introduction. Exploring a role doesn’t commit you to an interview or a move.
How soon will I hear about an opportunity?
It depends on your practice, experience, preferences, and the market. Gerri won’t send you a role just to fill your inbox. You’ll hear from her when she finds something worth considering.
